I had to have an earring repaired that broke after two months.
I submitted the repair in January for a broken wire. We are now in May and I have not received work about my earrings. This is the email I got in the beginning of April when I asked for a status report:
Hi Mary,
Thank you for reaching out to follow up with your repair! I have gone ahead and looped in the Anna Beck team in regards to the status of your repair as well as the estimated arrival time for receiving your repair back from Bali. It looks like your earrings is currently still in Bali and should be arriving with the next shipment. We will be sure to reach out as soon as we receive your repaired Item back from Bali to confirm the best shipping address as well!
