My finished product looks nothing like the photo that I sent. The colors are off, and my daughter's face doesn't even look human. I emailed, nicely, to see if there was anything that could be done. No response. I emailed again, and got a lame answer, saying that it's because she only takes up a small part of the picture. That is WRONG. If they really believed that my image was unacceptable, then they shouldn't have taken my money and given me an inferior product. Will NEVER buy from them again. Shady.
