I gotta say, being a customer at this online pet medication store was a real letdown. My order got delayed and lost in the shuffle, which stressed me out big time. Plus, I needed an invoice for my pet insurance, and that turned into a real headache. I've tried emailing, chatting, and calling customer service multiple times, with no luck getting the invoice I need. The response time was turtle-paced, and every time I reached out, all I heard was "wait a few more days." On top of all that, I couldn't even generate an invoice from the website itself. When I think about my experience with Chewy.com, where the customer service was top-notch and I could easily get my invoice online, it's pretty clear this online store has some serious improvements to make.
