Bought a watch early July off these guys and it took a while to come which is to be expected in the current climate. It came damaged but it appeared that this was most likely due to USPS more than anything else - as the packaging showed signs of impact. I spoke to a rep at the company and he was very helpful, they provided me a pre-paid return label and replaced the item for me. Overall, very satisfied with both the watch and the customer service. Keep it up!
