Faxing issues resolved
The customer support folks were really fast at getting back to me about my faxing problems and they helped me fix everything quickly. I really liked how they helped me out right away and I was happy with how things went overall using the platform. But, I wish there was a way to ask clients to send documents directly, so they could upload files that would go straight to my documents in the platform. Having that feature would make things a lot better for users and make sharing documents easier.
