I truly do not know where to begin, except to express my deepest disappointment in the product I received in the mail today. Not only were my 3 attempts to contact you for an order update, which went unanswered until yesterday, Monday, 17Feb2020. I received a used projector even though I paid for a brand new projector. How do I know it was used, well first the box that the actual project comes in shown it was tampered though it was the original box, next the project carrying case smelled like some kind of perfume, third the project shown evidence of being used with little hair fibers on it, 4th the projector lens had a finger print smudge across it and lastly, there are not instruction manual with the product, no inserts, no controller, pamphlets, nothing but a plug and cables and an used projector. I went online to verify what the projector should look like when being opened for the first time and I was missing the protective wrapping on the projector, as noted the remote control... This is something I would expect from an independent seller on ebay operating from their basement, this is not a cooperation with the reputation like Vankyo
My children and I were very excited to find a projector with good reviews from a respectable company only to be treated like uneducated, low lives who can be swindled , I feel disrespected and dishonored by this unethical action, how dare you try to give me a used product with missing pieces when I purchased a new one directly from your site.. This is the first time I have experience this from a company and wanted to express my deepest regrets and disappointment.
