Raised garden beds hardware issue
I recently bought some raised garden beds from your company, but I was bummed to see that two of the beds were missing the wingnuts and washers in the hardware packages. I contacted customer service and showed them photos of what was missing, but their response wasn't too helpful. They just told me to check the box again, even though I had already checked multiple times.
