Babydoll with heartbeat
The baby doll my granddaughter received was not dressed in the clothing as pictured, the dolls hair was sporadic, thin, and sticking up all over the place! I ordered a 19” doll and received a 21” doll. I ordered a babydoll with a heartbeat and did not receive this either!
Furthermore I have been in a daily battle with this company to receive a refund. I April, I immediately contacted the company and requested a return label. I was asked to send pictures, which I did. Then I was told that I didn’t need to return this babydoll..,which had my granddaughter in tears!!!! Furthermore I was told I would receive a refund within 7 business days in May! It is now mid June and I’ve still yet to receive it! I would seriously warn anyone from doing business with this company!!!!!’n
