I purchased a pair of boot and since they don't sell half sizes, it was questionable whether or not I could wear the shoe. I put the shoes on and wore them for a couple hours and found they would not work-too large. Sent them back to Spring Step who sent them back to me saying they can't accept shoes that have been worn. I guess they took a magnifying glass and examined the heel.
They are "NO" Amazon - and I won't be buying from them again if I can't return something (barely used).I ordered they said it was delivered i told them did not receive it. They basically called me a liar and to file a police report. I will never order from them again
