Missing order, poor communication
I ordered this thing, right, and it never showed up. So I reached out to customer service, and they told me it got lost during delivery. They said they could send me a new one, but when it arrived, it was totally not what I asked for. They didn't even bother to keep me updated until I complained. It was all so annoying that I just asked for my money back. This company is definitely shady.
