Tax software experience
Man, let me tell you about this tax software I tried to use. It was a nightmare! I needed some help while I was filing my taxes, and it took forever to get a response. And when I finally did, they practically said they couldn't do anything. So rude! I ended up switching to a different company to finish my taxes, and it was a thousand times better. Can you believe the IRS actually endorses that first company? They're both awful!
