My experiences with the customer service reps at this store have been all over the place, but I gotta say, the other day I had a really awesome interaction with this one rep, Ariel. She totally went the extra mile to fix my problem and make sure I walked away happy. I've got a bunch of stuff from this store and I'll definitely keep coming back, especially with awesome reps like Ariel on hand.
