Difficulty in placing order due to verification code issue
I had a real hard time trying to buy from this website because I couldn't get a stupid verification code to go through, even after trying a bunch of times. It made things really tough and took forever, which shouldn't happen when you're just trying to buy something. I got more than 15 codes that were no good, which just made me mad and caused a lot of hassle. They really need to make things simpler and easier for us customers.
