Sweater order
I bought a sweater online from this company not too long ago. But when it arrived, it didn't fit right. So, I tried to send it back. But to my surprise, they took out a bunch of fees from my refund - like shipping, tax, and even a fee for the return label! This was really disappointing, especially when they say they have "free returns." I shop for clothes online a lot, and I've never had to deal with all these extra charges before. It was just not a great experience, and now I have a bad feeling about this company. I think being open and honest is so important in building trust between customers and businesses.

Shoes for work
My time at that store was honestly pretty disappointing. I bought some work shoes there, but they just weren't as comfy or well-made as I had hoped. The employees seemed to know their stuff, but I was a bit let down by the service I got. The prices were decent, but I was hoping for higher quality considering what I paid. And on top of that, the delivery ended up taking way longer than I was told, which just added to my frustration. All in all, I left feeling pretty unsatisfied with my whole experience there.
