Short sleeve sweater purchase
I got this really awesome sweater for my dad as a Christmas present, but when it came in, the sleeves were way too short! I was pretty bummed out because I thought I picked the right size. Right after Christmas, I sent it back and it got to the store really quickly. But then, I didn't hear anything from them for a really long time! I started getting worried that I wouldn't get my money back. I tried sending them an email, but they never replied. I was so frustrated with their customer service. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email saying they got my return and refunded my money. I felt relieved, but still kind of irritated.
