Kiwitaxi: A Reliable but Unremarkable Transportation Option
I recently used the Kiwitaxi service for a trip and I have to say, overall it was a decent experience. The booking process was simple and straightforward on their website. I appreciated the wide range of payment options available, including the ability to pay in cash to the driver upon arrival.
The driver that was assigned to me was on time and professional. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. The ride itself was comfortable and the driver was knowledgeable about the best routes to take.
One downside was that the price ended up being slightly higher than what was quoted on the website. It wasn't a significant difference, but it was still a bit of a surprise. Additionally, there was a bit of confusion with the pickup location as the driver was not able to find my exact address. This caused a slight delay, but we were eventually able to sort it out and get on our way.
Overall, I would say that Kiwitaxi is a reliable and convenient transportation option, but it might be worth double checking the final price and being as specific as possible with your pickup location to avoid any hiccups.
