Misunderstood seating, quick resolution
I accidentally bought two single tickets thinking they were next to each other, but turns out they weren't. The company reached out to me quickly, sorted everything out, and got us two seats side by side. It all went super smoothly and I was able to enjoy the game hassle-free.
