The customer service at this place is a complete disaster. It seems like they are trying to make things as hard as possible for us customers. Their phone line is terrible, and their email system might as well not even work. How can they run a business like this and expect people to keep coming back? It's just crazy. And don't even get me started on the shipping. Parts are taking forever to arrive, if they even get shipped out in the first place. Dealing with this place is just one headache after another.
