Review about: Harrelson’s Own CBD
2 spray and 2 jars of gummies!!! Do not waste money or time.
Very, very poor customer service!!!!!!! False advertising ... On tv commercial it showed the spray CBD oil coming out in a refreshing spray and talked about the very good taste. I called to report my sprays did not work and they just shot out drops that went everywhere. I told the customer service rep that sprays were defective & needed to be replaced. I was told they have had issues with the spray and had been replaced with a pump, not supposed to spray. I told the rep that I purchased spray as demonstrated on tv commercial; was not told about the change. At that point the first rep I spoke with hung up. I called back and got a different rep who told me the same thing.
Since the products were defective, I assumed the return fee would be on them. I was told ..NO ...they did not pay for returns for any reason. They would email me the procedures for return that I would have to pay for. Also the taste was disgusting!!!!
