Boots
I ordered boots for my daughter for Christmas 2024 on December 1st and they say the boots were signed for and delivered by intimeship on 1/6/25. This was the first I heard of intimeship doing the delivery. I never received any notification that they were shipped, etc. I had to check through fsj website and input my order number to find out the status. Even as of today the tracking number is something different on fsj site. It reflects a JS express tracking number, totally different than intimeship. I also received a notification from USPS post office that the postage on the package was counterfeit and therefore would not be delivered and that I should contact the merchant. USPS had a different tracking number but all of the dates and locations of the package moving through the system were the same, so it was apparent to me this was the same package. Basically, when I contacted Fsj Heels, they say too bad, it was delivered, contact intimeship. Now, I’m out $154!
