I ordered the vehicle model and I am excited about receiving my shield. Although I was impressed with how simple it is to install,
Me being completely and utterly
electronically and mechanical CHALLENGED.
Even after watching the video AND reading
the directions NUMEROUS times I knew
I still wasn't sure.... so I called customer
support and explained my concerns.
I am quite sure the young lady must
have thought I was either drunk or
stupid.. Instead she was polite, very
knowledgeable , and quite professional.
She had me send her a photo of my :"problem ""
Within a few minute's she called me back
and sent a photo and while STILL ON THE
PHOTO she made sure I understood.
It seems everyone has the time to bitch
and complain about the smallest problem,,
but no one seems to have the time to say
Thank you when things go well.
To Ms Joanna I salute and commend you
and hopes your company realizes what
an asset you are to them.
