Smooth transaction, fast shipping, responsive customer service
I was a bit nervous about trying out a new site to buy my doll, but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The whole process went smoothly, and suddenly my doll was on its way to me in no time. The shipping was super fast, and even though the extra head I ordered took a little longer to arrive from China, I wasn't too bothered. The customer service team was always quick to answer any questions I had, and they were so polite every step of the way. Needless to say, I'll definitely be a returning customer.
