Keychain and tokens purchase
I recently bought a keychain and some tokens for a special event, but I'm really let down by how things have gone. I placed my order on December 1st, hoping to get it in time for the event. But now it's January 4th and the product still hasn't even been shipped, according to the tracking info they gave me. The whole delay in getting it has been super frustrating, especially because the company hasn't been responding to my questions about it. And on top of that, not getting any updates on the shipping status has me wondering if I can even rely on their service.
