pink hoodie.
I bought this adorable pink hoodie from the store and it was super soft and comfy. I enjoyed wearing it to school and it made me feel like a fashion queen. But then, they accidentally sent me the same hoodie again! I was really frustrated because I wanted a different color. I requested a discount and a free return label, which they provided, but then they ended up charging me for shipping for both returns - not cool, guys! When I called them, they promised to fix it in 2 days, but I never received a refund for the shipping. Bummer!
