Deli food craving satisfied
I recently ordered some deli food from Goldbelly because I was really craving it and couldn't find it around here. I found a deal that included some goodies from one of my favorite California delis. The order had corned beef, rye bread, pickles, deli mustard, Swiss cheese, 4 matzoh balls, and 2 containers of chicken noodle soup from Brent's in Northridge. It arrived right on time, packed up real nice, and it was just what I needed. The quality of the food was top-notch and the whole thing was a great experience. This was actually my second time using Goldbelly, and just like the first time when I got stuff from Oahu, it was awesome.

Recent purchase
I just bought something on this platform and ran into a problem with some misleading stuff on the listings. I tried to talk to customer service to clear things up, but the person I chatted with wasn't much help. It took a bunch of back and forth emails before I finally got the right answer, and there wasn't any mention of the mix-up or even an apology for the hassle. This whole lack of good communication left me feeling irritated and let down by the whole thing.
