Faulty cover replacement
I had this cover that broke pretty quickly after I started using it. So, I shot an email over to the company's support team here in the US on Tuesday. They got back to me super fast and just asked for some pics of the messed-up cover and my address. They said they'd check out the warranty stuff in about 3-4 days. But then, a few hours later, I got another email saying they already sent me a new cover and that I should get it in about 7-14 business days. They also hooked me up with a tracking number so I could keep an eye on where it was at. But get this, only 5 business days later (like, the next Tuesday), Post Danmark brought the new cover right to my doorstep. These guys seriously know what's up when it comes to customer service. I'd totally buy more stuff from them without any worries because they got your back if anything goes wrong. Highly recommend them.

Cat food for my 15-year-old cat
I recently decided to switch my 15-year-old cat to a different brand of cat food, and I'm really happy with how it's been going. Ever since the switch, my cat has been throwing up a lot less, especially hairballs mixed with her food. She's much more energetic and seems to be feeling better overall, which makes me feel good too. Plus, the new food doesn't have that strong smell like the store-bought ones do, which I appreciate a lot.
