3 pairs of jeans
I ordered online and it was a disaster. I bought three pairs of jeans in January, but they never showed up. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but it felt like they were avoiding me. No one would respond or offer any help. I had to cancel my credit card payment because they couldn't tell me when I would get a refund. It was ridiculous. The company's customer service and communication were terrible. It's really disappointing to see a well-known company mess up so badly with something as simple as online shopping.

Unique and useful products
The Grommet has a bunch of cool stuff to choose from that's both different and useful. I've bought a few things from them and I've always been happy with how good they work and how well they're made. They've got a ton of different things on their website and it's obvious they pick out only the really good stuff for their customers. Everything I've gotten from them has been even better than I thought it'd be and I use them all the time. Whether you're looking for cool kitchen tools or new tech gear, The Grommet has something for everybody.
