I tried to return an item, but they told me to send an email to their service department. I never got a response, and when I scanned the QR code, it linked me to a motorcycle sales site! I really should have checked out the reviews before making a purchase. This company is a complete scam.

Phone call experience
I received this strange phone call from the boss guy asking for more money. He was really rude and hung up on me when I told him I wanted a refund. That was definitely not cool of him.
