Subscription order issue
I had a problem with my subscription service order recently when the arrangement sent to my Mom was wrong. I got in touch with customer service, and the person I spoke to was really helpful and knew what they were doing. They admitted the mistake right away and suggested sending a new bouquet without any trouble. I was pretty impressed by how fast and professional they handled everything.
