E-cigarette starter kit
I bought an e-cigarette starter kit from this company not too long ago and it didn't go smoothly at all. They didn't send everything I ordered but still charged me for everything. Getting in touch with customer service was a pain and didn't really solve anything, which just added to my annoyance. I was really let down by how unclear everything was during the transaction, it felt like a scam. I really hope they step up their game with communication and service so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
