Subscription process confusion
The sign-up process was really annoying and confusing. I think clients should be able to choose not to sign up if they're not going to travel, instead of just being signed up automatically. But, on the bright side, I'm glad they got back to me quickly about my worries. I'm looking forward to better choices for subscriptions in the future.
