Kobo eReader purchase
I got my eReader a few months back and I was really looking forward to diving into all these books! But then the screen just froze on me and I couldn't do anything to fix it. I didn't have the receipt and Indigo wasn't willing to help me out. So, I decided to reach out to Kobo and even though they couldn't track my purchase, they were super friendly and ended up replacing the entire device for free! Seriously, best customer service experience ever!
