This is a review on the customer service side. I ordered the first shoe and was too small, returned it successfully. The size up still not a right fit and found in general the shoe uncomfortable. On the second return, I got the pre-printed label for free return. I was unable to return it a week later. Not knowing the pre-paid return label expires. I contacted the company requesting another one and they said that only one printed one allowed. I had to pay almost $10 to return. Poor customer service.
