The ordering process was confusing, and the website wasn't very user-friendly. I had trouble picking my preferred styles. I also had to wait a while for responses from customer service, which was frustrating. The pricing was fair, but I was hoping for more discounts and promotions for teachers. The delivery took longer than I expected, and my box arrived late, which was a letdown. In short, Teacher Style Box has potential, but there are some areas that need improvement for a better customer experience.
