Convenience, Customer Service, Lack of Variety
I gotta say, my experience with this service has been pretty good overall. It's so convenient having my personalized supplements delivered right to my door, really changed the game for my health routine. The customer service is top-notch, too - the reps really know their stuff and are always eager to help out. But, I've noticed that my satisfaction has taken a hit lately because they've stopped offering three of the supplements I used to take regularly. Now I'm stuck deciding whether to go without, change up my order, or find them somewhere else. It would be awesome if they could expand their supplement options to meet all of their customers' needs.
