I ordered a big fluffy blanket
I was really looking forward to getting my big, plush blanket, but when it finally showed up, it was teeny-tiny, like a baby's blanket. I was so disappointed! Thankfully, when I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly kind and helpful. They sent me the correct size, and it arrived really quickly. My blanket is perfect now - it's super cozy and oh so soft! ?
