what caught my attention about these was the antimicrobial layers. Big plus since I am a high risk senior with several comorbidities for covid. They are very pricey but I ordered some for both my husband and myself. Order came quickly then, BIG PROBLEM! I ordered 3 size S/M for my husband (per measurements provided on website) and 3 L/X for myself. Of the 6 masks, only 1 fits my husband (labeled L/X) 2 fit me (1 labeled S/M and 1 labeled L/X) 2 would fit a small child and the other one would fit Bigfoot or Andre the Giant. The masks are sealed in individual envelopes and since the first one my husband opened was way too small, he didn't open the others. I contacted the company thinking we could exchange the unopened ones. NO SUCH LUCK! They told me sorry for the inconvenience but that it wasn't their problem.
So now I am ... out of $60 that I cant really afford.
The actual mask measurements are not consistent with the measurements given on the website, and the ear loops are very short and not adjustable. If they don't fit, you're going to be out the $ just like me. To be honest, It seems like this company is more interested in $$$ than they are in customer satisfaction.
