Security tag incident
I bought a shirt at that store recently and it still had the security tag on it when I got home, which was a bummer. I've never had that happen before at any other store, so I was pretty disappointed. The staff did handle it well and gave me most of my money back, but it was still annoying to have to go back to the store to fix the mistake.
