Mixed feelings about Shiekh shoe store
I recently purchased some shoes from SHIEKH and overall, my experience was just okay. The website was easy to navigate and I found the shoes I was looking for quickly. The prices were reasonable and the checkout process was smooth.
However, when it came to the delivery of my order, things were not as great. It took longer than expected for the shoes to arrive and the tracking information was not accurate. I had to contact customer service to get an update on my order, and while they were polite, it was frustrating to have to do that.
One thing I really appreciated about SHIEKH was the return policy. I ended up needing to exchange the shoes for a different size and the process was straightforward. I received my new pair within a week.
Overall, my experience with SHIEKH was just average. The website was easy to use and the prices were fair, but the delivery and tracking left something to be desired. The return process was smooth, though, which was a plus.
