Bulky phone case
I recently bought a phone case from this company, and man was I let down. The case was way too bulky, giving my phone that old-school brick look. On top of that, the color I picked looked nothing like what was on the website - it was seriously disappointing. The material felt super cheap, plus there was a scratch on the back which made me worry the color would rub off easily. The screen protector was full of little dots and had a permanent fingerprint smudge - like, really? Why would I want a reminder of where my fingerprint goes on my phone screen? It's pretty obvious this company cares more about their marketing than their actual product quality. Stick to legit brands like Mous or the Defender case if you want a phone case that's tough and reliable.
