Recent Order Troubles
I want to share a recent frustrating experience I had when trying to place a new subscription order. I had been away from using the products for about a year and wanted to start up again, but it turned into a nightmare. Every time I tried to process my order, I kept getting an error message saying it had expired. When I reached out to customer support, they were not helpful at all and just gave me solutions that didn't work. It was so frustrating to waste time on a technical issue that should have been easy for them to fix. It's disheartening when a company can't manually process an order for a loyal customer who is eager to buy their products. This bad customer service experience has me second-guessing whether I want to buy from them again, even though I love their products. It's so disappointing!
