12 Ga. Shotshells
I placed an order on January 29 for 12 Ga. Shotshells. Order was confirmed and my Credit Card was charged the same day. NINE days later (on February 7th) I get a call from Trueshot saying that my items were oversold and the order could not be fulfilled.
I called Trueshot back that afternoon and asked when I could expect to see a credit on my Credit Card account. I was told that it would be another 5 to 7 days for the credit to appear.
Trueshot was quick to charge me for merchandise that they did not have.
Hope you have better luck with them. Needless to say, I will not deal with this company in the future.
