The bars have a nice texture and the flavor is really good. The main issue about this company is the slow order processing and this almost lack of urgency with shipping your order.
I have ordered twice and experienced slow processing and shipping of items both times.
Unfortunately, the delivery issues with them are very common, and have come across complaints on BBB about it as well as many sites like this. If you are going to order I would suggest being prepared to wait for delivery because it will take way longer than most other companies in this space.
I also order from MagicSpoon and the processing and delivery are so much better than Built Bar.
With so many negative responses from customers about this issue, it will be interesting to see how long the company takes to either fix the shipping issues or lose what could be long lasting customers.
