VidDay Media: Average Experience
I've had the opportunity to work with VidDay Media on several occasions and overall, my experience has been pretty average. The main focus of their service is creating personalized video montages for special events like weddings and birthdays.
One thing I appreciate about the company is that their software is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It's simple to upload photos and videos and create a cohesive montage. They also offer a decent variety of video styles to choose from.
On the downside, I've found their customer service to be hit or miss. Sometimes I've had quick and helpful responses, but other times it's taken days to get a response. Additionally, their pricing can be a bit high compared to other similar services on the market.
Overall, I would recommend VidDay Media if you're looking for a unique way to commemorate a special event, but keep in mind that it may come at a premium price. And the customer service could be improved.
