Beautiful theme, WPbakery, confusing documentation, delayed support
I'm a customer here and recently I bought this theme that looks amazing. But when I started digging into it, I found out there were multiple ways to build it, and even the option to use Wpbakery. The problem was, I didn't realize that WPbacker was already part of the theme, so I accidentally bought another license for $75 that I don't even need. The theme's documentation was all over the place, not very helpful at all, which made setting it up super frustrating and took up a lot of my time. But I'm staying positive, hoping all this effort will pay off in the end with a great final result. The only thing that's been a bummer is the slow support from the platform. I put in a support ticket two days ago and still haven't heard anything back, even though I paid for an extra six months of support.
