Mi Robot Vacuum - Mop
The product that I received was malfunctioning, so I contacted them for the RMA process, and they send me an email with the procedure:
"Dear ,if you want to return parcel and return money:
1、Send product pictures or video to us .
2、We will paid for the return cost ,but we need you send tracking number ,shipping cost invoice and paypal account ,we will return the shipping cost to you .
3、 When we recieved product ,we will return full money to you .
Gshopper"
I've checked all the requirements that they had, but they didn't do their part of the deal, I only received the product money back, but not the return cost as they advertised in their return procedure.
