Whitening gel and LED light replacement
I recently bought some whitening gel and had some issues with the LED light it came with. The light kept turning off and making this annoying buzzing sound that just wouldn't stop. Feeling frustrated, I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me fix the light. To my surprise, I got a really quick and helpful response from a guy named Dale. Dale not only gave me some tips to troubleshoot the problem, but he also offered to send me a new light for free. I was blown away by how great their customer service was and how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The new light arrived just 2 days after our chat. I'm so thankful for the amazing service I got from AuraGlow.
