Granddaughter's Baptism Dress
I usually love ordering from this place because they've always come through for me, but this time was a total bummer. I bought a dress for my granddaughter's baptism and when it showed up, there were stains on the tie belt. It really bummed me out because the quality just wasn't up to par. Up until now, I've always had fantastic experiences with this company, so this was a big disappointment.

Jacket issue resolution
I had a problem with a couple of jackets I got from this company. After just 2.5 years of not wearing them much, they got messed up in the wash. I contacted their customer service to see if they could help me reproof the coats. They didn't just say sorry for the trouble, they also sent me new jackets right away, which got to me in a week. I'm really happy with how they handled things and I'll definitely keep shopping with them.

Rug purchase
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the price of the rug I bought from this company. The website setup that lets you see how the rug looks in the room you're gonna put it in was super handy, I really liked that. Plus, I had a question and shot them an email, got a quick response, can't complain about that kind of customer service. So far, my experience has me feeling good about the quality of the rug.

My favorite skincare products
These skincare products are seriously amazing! I've been using them for years and my skin has never looked better! I did have a few issues with deliveries, but they were quickly resolved. I'm never switching to anything else!
