Overall, I had a really good experience with StayPromo and would definitely use them again.

Soy-free and allergens-free meals
I really liked the meals they gave me overall. They have a lot of different dishes which is awesome, but I wish they had more options that don't have soy or allergens. One time I got some gross yellow arugula, but the customer service team gave me a refund right away, no problem. I also like that I don't have to buy meals every single week or month, so I have more freedom to plan out my meals.
