Online Return Issue
I recently bought something online from this company, but it just didn't fit right. So, I went ahead and started a return process and sent it back to their warehouse. But, even after reaching out to customer service a few times, I haven't heard anything back or received my refund yet, and it's been 5 days now. It's super frustrating dealing with this lack of communication and slow return process.
